"Yingpu Environment & Guoneng Beilun Power Plant" Ultrafiltration Membrane Technology Seminar Concludes Successfully.

    Recently, Hangzhou Yingpu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. joined hands with Guoneng Beilun Power Plant to successfully hold the "Beilun Power Plant Ultrafiltration Membrane Application Seminar" in Beilun. The conference focused on the practical application and performance comparison of ultrafiltration membrane technology, attracting many industry experts, including Professor Ding Huanru, a doyen in water treatment from Shanghai University of Electric Power, China United Engineering Design Institute, Ninghai Guohua Power Plant, Shanghai Sheneng Fengxian Thermal Power Plant, Zhenhai Refining and Chemical, Pinghu Wastewater Plant, and Juneng Environment. After in-depth exchanges and discussions, the attending experts highly recognized the outstanding performance of Yingge ultrafiltration.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang from Yingpu Environment (Zhang Huibin) detailed several key factors to consider when choosing the right ultrafiltration membrane and expounded on the basic situation of the desalination system in the first and third phases of the Beilun Power Plant. He emphasized that the performance of the ultrafiltration membrane is crucial for the stable operation of the downstream system.

Subsequently, Engineer Gu from the Beilun Power Plant's chemical water department (Gu Jianchao) demonstrated the excellent performance of Yingge ultrafiltration in the first phase of the pretreatment desalination system and the third phase of the desalination system of the Beilun Power Plant through actual data comparison. He pointed out that under the condition of water quality fluctuation, Yingge ultrafiltration, with its excellent membrane performance, can effectively intercept bacteria and microorganisms, significantly reduce the cleaning and replacement frequency of the downstream system, thereby reducing operating costs.


After understanding the actual operation data of the Beilun Power Plant, the attending experts launched in-depth discussions on the application of ultrafiltration membrane technology. Professor Ding Huanru from Shanghai University of Electric Power highly recognized the performance of Yingge ultrafiltration and shared how to optimize the design of the desalination system to give full play to the efficiency of the ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange resin systems.


Chemical supervisor Cheng from the operation department of the Beilun Power Plant (Cheng Yu) pointed out in the concluding speech that the domestic water sources are complex and changeable, and design engineers need to choose the appropriate process route and products according to the specific situation of the water source. At the same time, operators also need to understand and learn new processes or products to jointly achieve the optimization of water treatment processes and energy saving and consumption reduction.

In the afternoon, the participants also visited the first phase of the pretreatment desalination system, the third phase of the desalination system, and the desulfurization wastewater treatment system of the Beilun Power Plant. Through on-site observation and interactive communication, the attending experts had a deeper understanding and recognition of the practical application of ultrafiltration membrane technology.
